Building access to education today while creating opportunities for a more inclusive tomorrow.
Edutechra Foundation is a new NGO with a strong focus on free digital education, student support, and socially meaningful initiatives. Through our website, social media platforms, and The Assam Scholar mobile app, we are already working to make quality learning more accessible. Our current flagship initiative is TAS 2026 β The Assam Scholar Talent Search Examination 2026, a mission-driven educational project designed to support students while contributing toward free education and disability development.
We are building systems that expand access to learning, study materials, and student guidance.
The Assam Scholar platform connects website, app, content, and student support in one ecosystem.
TAS 2026 is designed to remain affordable while creating meaningful educational value for students.
The examination is structured for Group A (Class VIβVIII) and Group B (Class IXβX).
Ongoing educational foundation work
Even as a new NGO, our work has already started through digital educational outreach and student support initiatives under The Assam Scholar ecosystem.
The Assam Scholar β Free education access ecosystem
Through The Assam Scholar social media presence, website, and mobile app, we are building a growing educational platform for students. Our goal is to provide accessible academic support, especially for learners who need affordable or free learning resources in a practical digital format.
Flagship current project: TAS 2026
The Assam Scholar Talent Search Examination 2026 is our major ongoing project at present. It is being designed as a completely online exam experience conducted through The Assam Scholar app.
The Assam Scholar Talent Search Examination 2026
TAS 2026 is a fully online talent search examination scheduled for 31 May, 2026. The form fill-up process is currently going on, and the examination will be conducted through The Assam Scholar app. This project is designed not only as an exam, but as a wider educational support initiative for students across Assam.
Candidates will receive one year of free access to The Assam Scholar app, free e-books, free online tuition support for Class VI to X, and access to study materials such as notes, questions, answers, and other learning support resources. Our intention is to make participation valuable even beyond the examination itself.
Rank holders will be eligible for prizes up to βΉ50,000. The top 50 students will receive scholarship support, and rank holders will also get educational tour opportunities. Through this structure, TAS 2026 aims to celebrate talent while motivating students toward stronger academic growth.
How this project supports a wider mission
Educational impact beyond the exam
TAS 2026 is not intended to be only an event. It is part of a larger mission to strengthen free education delivery, digital academic access, and student support through Edutechra Foundation and The Assam Scholar ecosystem.
Support toward disability development
The profit generated from TAS 2026 is intended to be used for free education and disability development work. In this larger mission, we are associated with NEDDS (North East Disabled Development Society), an organisation working since 1998 in the area of disability welfare.
Associated social purpose
Our current work is rooted in education, but the long-term vision includes contributing toward broader social welfare and inclusive development.
Education linked with social responsibility
Through our association with NEDDS, we want the impact of educational initiatives to connect with meaningful support for disability development as well. This gives our projects a wider social purpose β where student participation, learning access, and mission-driven execution can contribute to a more inclusive future.
