Return & Refund Policy

1. Donations

Donations made to Edutechra Foundation are voluntary contributions and are generally non-refundable. Once a donation is successfully processed, we normally cannot cancel or refund it.

2. Exceptions (If Applicable)

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional situations such as:

• Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
• Incorrect amount charged due to payment gateway error.
• Payment processed without donor consent (subject to verification).

3. Refund Request Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, contact us within 7 days of the transaction with:

• Donation reference / transaction ID
• Date and amount
• Your name, phone and email
• Reason for request

4. Processing Timeline

If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Processing time depends on payment gateway/bank policies (typically 7–10 working days).
